for a cooking class on "Lite" Winter Comfort foods and learn how to make delicious and satisfying dishes,
while at the same time getting more healthy plant-based foods into your diet. Trudy brings a holistic healing
approach to the kitchen using organic whole foods. She specializes in cooking nutritional and appetizing cuisine
for people healing from illnesses, and runs a personal chef business, called The Healing Hearth.

Squash Polenta with Sauteed Greens & White Beans, Roasted Winter Vegetable Dip
with Crudites and Hearty Red Lentil Coconut Mulligatawny.

delicious green food and add it into your repertoire. In this hands-on class, you will be creating Massaged Kale with
Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Pinenuts, Krispy Kale roasted in the oven, and a Savory Chicken with Dijon, White Beans & Kale.
Trudy Schafer, M.A. is a Natural Chef from Bauman College who brings a holistic healing approach to the kitchen using
